Multi-user centered design: acceptance, user experience, user research and user testing

In recent years, technologies have evolved towards social, universal and collaborative uses involving multiple users. However, methods models from user centered design are focused on single-user do not take into account the impact of other users intentions behaviors to use technology. The objective this article is provide paths reflection how integrate a multi-user approach existing models. Each phase user-centered has been rethought implement new framework. Guidelines for moving experience Multi-User eXperience (MUX) provided. same way, we recommend adding variable in technology acceptance become Multi-user Acceptance Model (MAM). User research testing also reach testing. All these considerations discussed, lead proposal future Centered Design (MCD) approach, specifically adapted manage digital development projects. Finally, it therefore necessary important direct fields (acceptance, experience, testing) assist designers with product more respectful environmental values.
